Web portal access
Organization administrators and managers can sign in to the web portal to manage employees, attendance, leave, policies, and reports.
Employee mobile app
Employees use the 2bHRMS mobile app for clock-in and clock-out, leave requests, work-from-home requests, regularization, and personal reports. Contact your Organization administrator if you need credentials or onboarding assistance.
Troubleshooting
- Sign-in problems. Confirm that you are using your Organization-issued email address and the correct Organization environment. If you cannot reset access, contact your administrator.
- Location during clock-in. If your Organization requires location-validated attendance, enable location permission for the 2bHRMS app in your device settings.
- Request status. Check leave, work-from-home, or regularization status in the mobile app. Approvals are completed by your manager or HR in 2bHRMS.
- Account deletion. Ask your Organization administrator to deactivate or delete your account, or email support. See the Privacy Policy for the full process.
